But the new business intake process involved multiple systems and manual steps, creating inefficiencies, inconsistent data validation, and duplication across platforms. Helm360 was engaged to design and implement an integrated NBI workflow leveraging Intapp and Elite 3E. We built a new decision-step-driven workflow with conditional logic triggered by field values and approval stages, integrated Intapp Intake with Elite 3E across both standard and custom fields, and established a true bi-directional data exchange between platforms, including the ability to send and retrieve data and attachments. Validation rules, date controls, and structured data capture were embedded throughout to improve quality and reporting, with central and local lookup values aligned across systems.

The result is a streamlined, automated intake process that reduces duplication and manual intervention, improves data consistency between systems, and provides the firm with a scalable intake model that supports both compliance and growth.
