For a large global law firm with offices across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, Elite 3E is the core financial and practice management platform supporting complex, high-volume international operations. When the firm planned its upgrade from version 2.9 to 3.1, including migration to new servers and a fully refreshed environment, the challenges extended well beyond the platform itself. Ensuring technical compatibility post-upgrade, managing BizTalk and ESB integrations in a complex environment, supporting structured UAT across a large user base, coordinating multiple third-party vendors, and validating performance under realistic global usage patterns all had to be executed with minimal disruption.

We provided technical upgrade and IDE support, installed and reconfigured BizTalk across DEV, QA, and PROD environments, tested and documented all integration touchpoints, and deployed dedicated functional testers for two full UAT cycles with break-fix coverage. Performance, load, stress, and soak testing was designed and executed to validate system behaviour under expected and peak loads with infrastructure, integrations, and failover scenarios all considered. Helm360 also supported go-live planning and provided technical and application support through go-live and into post-go-live stabilization.
