Helm360’s client was a newly-established Florida-based law firm serving clients throughout that state. As a small firm, they were operating with an on-premise, home-grown infrastructure (primarily spreadsheets) to track their business data, including timekeeping, billing, WIP, AP/AR, case assignments, etc.
They approached us for help creating a scalable infrastructure that would accommodate remote work, adopting a practice management system that would allow them to be more efficient and effective, and a highly secure legal tech system.
