Happy holidays and season’s greetings!
As you can see, our London team recently gathered with our UK-based clients and friends for Christmas drinks. This was a big occasion for us. After almost two years of isolating at home, it was a joy to have an in-person event. To everyone who came out and joined in the fun, thank you! It was good to be with you and reconnect.
Like everyone else, Helm360 spent 2021 adjusting to the new normal that is life with COVID-19. Most of our teams are still working remotely, but this hasn’t slowed us down. In fact, our Costa Rica and India teams have been growing by leaps and bounds! It’s exciting to bring this new talent into our community. They’re helping us be more efficient and maintain our high customer service standards.
Speaking of our Costa Rica team, we were honored to host the Costa Rican First Lady, Claudia Dobles Camargo, at our official groundbreaking ceremony for that location. Talk about a 2021 highlight!
We’re closing out the year with two more notable highlights: expanding our service area to the APAC region and launching our new data quality tool, Digital Eye. Both these developments increase our capabilities and improve our service. They’re going to make 2022 extremely exciting!
